Can I use insurance to pay for physiotherapy?Our physiotherapy services are covered by most private insurance plans. Before booking, check your private health coverage to determine reimbursement for physiotherapy.

Does the clinic do direct billing?We kindly ask for payment at the end of your appointment. Following your visit, we'll send you a detailed receipt via email, ready for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Do you provide direct billing to the Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI) system for claims related to motor vehicle accidents (MVAs)?At this time, we do not provide direct billing for physiotherapy claims through HCAI.

Do you provide direct billing for patients under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)?At this time, we are not accepting patients covered by WSIB.

What is the clinic's appointment cancellation policy?Our clinics require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No shows or cancellations made without 24 hour notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee. If you are unable to provide 24 hours due to illness or emergencies, please alert reception as soon as possible.

Do I need a doctor's referral letter to attend physiotherapy?No, doctor’s referrals are not required for you to book a physiotherapy appointment. However, if you have been referred by a doctor to attend physiotherapy, please let us know your diagnosis.

Do I need to be diagnosed by a doctor before booking a physiotherapy appointment?No, you do not need a diagnosis from your doctor prior to attending physiotherapy. Your physiotherapist will thoroughly assess and provide you with a diagnosis.
